Prescription Request

Electronic prescriptions have been mandatory nationwide since 1 January 2024. The e-prescription is issued digitally and can then be redeemed in the pharmacy in various ways: with your electronic health card (eGK) or the app "Das E-Rezept".

You can order the e-prescription via the Doctolib 'Send enquiry' button, by telephone or in writing. Written orders can be placed in the new letterbox to the right of the practice entrance. It is necessary that your insurance card has been scanned in the current quarter. Please note that the processing time may take two full working days.

Private, anaesthetic and medical aid prescriptions will continue to be issued on paper.
