Sick note by telephone
A certificate of incapacity for work can be issued by telephone for up to five calendar days if you are known to us at the practice.
The prerequisite is that it is not a serious illness. You are not entitled to such a sick note, the decision is made by us doctors.
For a sick note by telephone, please only send us an enquiry via Doctolib, a doctor will then call you back and clarify everything.
