In the case of long-term blood pressure measurement, the patient wears an upper-arm blood pressure cuff, for a period of 24 hours. From the 40 to 60 measurements obtained, the doctor will produces a daily blood pressure profile.
In the lung function examination (spirometry), the lung volumes and ventilation size are measured. Those measurements provide indications of respiratory tract or lung diseases, and are used for monitoring therapies against such diseases.
The Youth industrial-safety regulations check serves the purpose of an early detection of health risks concerning physical and psychosocial contexts.
In our practice we provide Medical Examination for driving licenses and we will be pleased to give you advise and help.
We offer individual information concerning medical travel issues, including current recommendations on vaccinations.
We offer acupuncture treatments for headaches, migraines, back and joint pain, knee pain, tennis elbow, fibromyalgia, shingles, insomnia, exhaustion, restlessness, nicotine addiction, sinusitis and other diagnoses after consultation.
The costs of acupuncture treatment are covered by the statutory health insurance funds for the diagnoses of chronic back pain and chronic knee osteoarthritis (> 6 months).
For other diagnoses, the costs must be borne by the patient (IGEL service). We are happy to provide information about this.
